For your consideration...the following is an excerpt from a radio spot on KAPL radio, Jacksonville, Oregon, called " Akin For the Truth". To listen to the entire spot (a few minutes long), click the little microphone icon....Jack

It is the collection of laws and disciplines presented by such greats as Boyle, von Helmont, Kelvin, Pascal, Grimaldi, Hooke, Brewster, Dalton, Freshnel, Davy, Faraday, Duhem, Joule, Morely, all Christian believers, opening up mankind’s understanding of chemistry, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, optics, light, electricity, and energy, the atom, and their unseen mechanisms. Bacteria, and the microscope was discovered by Leeuwenhoek, flora and fauna cataloguing by Ray, Linneaus introduced biological classification. It was Gregor Mendal, not Darwin, who is considered the father of genetics, and Pasteur who stood against the materialists of his day. The development of astronomy and mathematics are to be attributed to such believers, in addition to Kepler and Newton, as Herschel, Pascal, Flamsteed, Leibnitz, Eddington, Bacon, Le Matrie, and Riemann.
