Wed, 29 April 2009 For your consideration...the following is an excerpt from a radio spot on KAPL radio, Jacksonville, Oregon, called " Akin For the Truth". To listen to the entire spot (a few minutes long), click the little microphone icon....Jack Now try to think of this creature evolving. Comments on the subject have been put out by biologists like Dr. Robert Koufal, Dr. Gary Parker, Dr. Duane Gish and Dr. Jobe Martin. The beetle, on his way to becoming a bombardier beetle, would have to carefully store the chemicals in a storage chamber apart from the enzymes but in the presence of an inhibitor to prevent them from reacting prematurely with one another. His system also would have to select the correct enzymes needed to catalyze the chemical reactions involved, and then evolved to secrete them into the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber itself must be able to resist the corrosive effect of the hot, irritating chemicals and strong enough to contain the high pressure without rupturing. The combustion chamber must also be equipped with a highly efficient valve, and the appropriate muscles must exist to manipulate the combustion tube and point it in the right direction.
